i think the vid is awsome too, but i think its lame that you are trying to tell people not to say anything negative about something, they have every right to say it sucks that you do to say it's awesome.

chair lifts and shuttles are great, i did say pretty explicitly that i don't mean to criticize the jump, but rather the comment. i just think that weather you get a tow or go up a huge hill is immaterial, so if you prefer a hill then go up a hill but don't say "oh that guy got tow, he can't do it himself". who are you refering to as "we"?

that's pretty awesome although i have to ask, how is hopping in a truck and getting driven up the side of a mountain to make speed "doing it yourself" and a tow-in isn't? seems like a tow in would more difficult because you have a weird new force to deal with. fact of the matter is, bicycles can't do it themselves, who can pedal a DH bike to 90km/h? i'm not criticizing this jump, just don't think he should bash the other guy for getting a tow in.

as redrock mentioned, you can't do sequences with a flash. the flash uses a big capacitor which take a few seconds to charge up between flashes.

thats cool that you like them but i don't understand how they are more sealed than regular cables. i mean i understand that the inner lining is a solid tube that is sealed but that is also the case with regular cables and usually the part that is not sealed is the end, which i pressume would still be the problem with the nokon, right?
